Need to reschedule installation date but not showing on my account

Hi, I have booked to get sky broadband installed this week but it no longer suits and the appointment isn't showing up in my online account, how do I reschedule?

@Jacq  What information is it showing track orders in my account?

There are no orders showing in there. I mayb not have been signed into my account when I signed up
