Need to remove code to log in..its not the one on my router never had sky to

Got sky router switched on today..tried to connect to desk top. Sky code there not mine and locked.never had sky before. 3 hrs talking with sky they  didn't know  either. Tried the remove networks  didn't work..tried adding network didn't work... HELP..!!!! Not had computer for 10 days as moved got over 1500 e mails to go through

Your post isn't very clear as to what is happening so are you trying to login to your broadband hub via your web browser ?
