Find out more@Rachel841 if the hub conects to a phone socket you need a cable sold as a DSL cable which comes with rj11 plugs on each end easily founf online or in just about any electrical or DIY store. You dont need anything special if its under say15m long.
If you have a full fibre connection (the cable goes to an Openreach box with 4 leds) then you need a simple ethernet cable with rj45 connectors again widly availablle in barying lengths.

That's 'BT plug to RJ11'

'ADSL to RJ11' could have RJ11 plugs at both ends.
I'd suggest using a vendor with photographs.
