Need to change my hub

Got a letter saying I need to replace my hub due to it being end of life by December. When I go to sky.com/huboptions I get this message:
"Account suspended
To order a new hub, you'll need to pay off your outstanding balance first.
Make a payment"

 

I pay by direct debit so no idea why this pops up and also my account is not actually suspended. The bot assistant was hopeless.

When calling stay on the line and say nothing when asked any questions by the bot as that should allow you to get past it to talk to someone.
