Need to actually speak to a sky technician not a AI robot

So my sky hub has a dns issue, i have to set all my dns settings to google or cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 on all my devices for anything to work. i have already reset my sky hub multiple times its made no difference. i basically need a new hub sending out or maybe sky can do somthing on their end. but its literlly impossible to talk to a human.
