Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Monk3y86 unless you have enabled remote management in the hub you are stuck unless somebody is there who can switch it off and back on at the plug.
Enabling remote management is a security risk and if anyone considers doing that you must make sure you have a very secure password.
