Need help going sky broadband to my sky tv

Hi guys really need help I've got sky tv but don't have any internet at my home I joined like 2 weeks ago thought I added broadband swelling but didn't plz help

If the order didn't go thru you would need to call sky

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

Hi @Jaylovesboo 

When ordering TV & Broadband together they often get installed on different dates because Sky TV can be done within a few days whereas Broadband takes a minimum of 14 days if not longer as it has to go through Openreach.

Have you checked your order tracking on the My Sky app?
