Need advice on Linksys mesh constantly dropping of Sky Fibre

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago Sky installed my new 1GB FTTP. I was given the default Sky Broadband Router/Hub, however, due to its limitations and range, I installed a Linksys MR9600 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router and three Linksys Velop WHW0303B Tri-Band Whole Home Mesh nodes throughout the house. (Note I used this exact set-up with the same equipment on my VirginMedia 1GB fibre and had no issues at all).

However, now I get my nodes going offline regularly - sometimes more than a couple of times daily. They self-heal but they randomly lose connection. There is no issue with my router as the devices that are physically connected to it stays up. The wifi also is (I assume from either another node or router), however, a node goes offline and then disconnects everything that is plugged into it.

When everything works, it works wonderfully, but the constant disconnects on nodes is frustrating, especially when the 'Living Room' goes off it takes several devices with it.

Can someone please help/advise what I can do/look for? Happy to post logs if you need it. Thank you.

Addressing linksys velop dropping connection issues often involves checking for signal interference, updating firmware, or repositioning nodes. Use the Linksys App to run diagnostics, ensure all Velop nodes have a strong backhaul connection, and verify no devices are causing network conflicts.
