@Dean4600  Being 8 years old isn't a reason to replace it, unless it's faulty, why do you need  anew router?

 

The other reason would be if you went from a FTTC connection to FTTP and the current hub doesn't support FTTP speeds.

Because It's old n lags n crashes n needs upgrading as I work from home sometimes n I pay a lot just for internet

Sky has four Hub models in support, going back to the Sky Hub of 2013.

They would typically replace a Sky Hub if a contract was renewed, and a Q Hub if the property upgraded to an Ultrafast service.
