Need a new cable for modem and phone socket adapter

I have a phone phobia, is there a way of ordering a new adapter for the phone socket and a new cable approximelty 4 meters long to connect the router?

If that's a plugin microfilter and a five metre RJ11 to RJ11 cable then both are widely available online for a few pounds each.
