I recently switched from Vodafone to Sky Broadband, and since then, I've been unable to access my QNAP NAS drive remotely. Previously, I could access my files from anywhere, but now, I can only access them when I’m at home and connected to my WiFi. I believe this has something to do with the port forwarding settings on my Sky Broadband router, but I’m not familiar with how to configure them properly. I’ve tried looking into it, but the process is quite confusing. Could someone guide me through the steps or help me troubleshoot the issue?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I guess its through Qnap portal. Tbh, I doesn't matter how I access it, as long as I can access my files remotely, I'll be more than happy.
Thanks again!

You shouldnt need to open ports for use on the QNAP portal. Perhaps you need to check UPnP is enabled on your router?

Thank you so much!
I've managed to get it sorted, with the help of QNAP technical team support.
Thanks again! 👍 🙏
