Need Help: Sky Broadband Interruptions Impacting Website Updates

I'm facing frequent internet dropouts with my Sky Broadband, making it challenging to maintain my website (removed). I've tried rebooting the router and checking connections, but the issue persists. Any advice would be appreciated.
