Need BT telephone wire moving - should I just change to full fibre?

We're having new windows installed soon but currently, the BT line is installed through the existing window frame so it needs to be moved by an engineer to a through-wall line.

Sky has recently told me our property can now accept full fibre (currently on Sky Superfast w. Boost). My question is, does anyone know, if I upgrade to FF, will part of the upgrade include a new line from the telephone pole anyway, or do I have to book that as a separate matter?

I'm not a pessimist, just a very well-informed optimist.

Yes, you'll get a new fibre line installed but not through the window frame. So book the upgrade then once complete you can remove the old master socket as it will be redundant. Ask the installer nicely & they may do that for you, removing the copper completely.
