National Lottery website thinks I am outside of the UK and blocks using their website

A UK National Lottery website I am trying to use says it looks like I am outside of the uk, when I am not. It then says I need to contact my ISP and ask them to update the registration of my IP address.

Are you using an iphone or ipad if so try disabling private relay or even a VPN if you are using either of these.

@Corkysdad if you are using Safari on an ios device this fault is caused by Apple's iCloud Private Relay either turn that setting off or use a different browser like Chrome.
