NOW broadband is not working

Hi, My NOW broadband is not working since 30 July. I reported it to customer service team. They book an engineer from openreach. But it seems they didn't visit my place to resolve the issue. I followed up multiple times but no response yet from anyone. They told that it escalated to network team and they will get back to me but no one contacted me yet. I am working from home and working without broadband is very difficult.

@Sekh very little the forum can do to help you are best advised to use the customer services number and check on what is happening.
