NO SERVICE LIGHT ON ONT

Had 500mb broadband installed on Thursday 21st August by City Fibre and all working fine.

 

By Friday 22nd August the service light on the ONT was no longer green and had no internet service.

 

Called the tech team and spoke to a guy UK based who did everything he could and said would get a callback from the network team within 72 hours. Not heard anything back.

 

Called back into Sky for an update on Wednesday 27th after having no internet connection 6 days and it's turned into an absolute disaster. Multiple phone calls speaking to tech advisors based in Bulgaria and getting no closer to having this sorted.

 

Has anyone got experience on how to get this resolved and where I stand with regards to the compensation
