Hello, I've had issues recently regarding server connection on various online Xbox games. Checking in my settings, it displays that my NAT Type is unavailable and forwarded me to troubleshooting, where the specific issue seems to be that it cannot obtain a teredo IP address. I was informed that this could be resolved by enabling both Ipv6 and Teredo tunnelling on my routers confutation UI/Router Settings, AKA my Sky Hub, which I can access, however, there is no direct option to enable either Teredo or Ipv6 tunnelling which has presented a roadblock in terms of resolving this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Posted by a Sky employeeAll Sky Hub models support IPv6 by default, and don't need any special settings to allow Teredo.
Do you have any other Xboxes on your home network, even older generations? They all try to use the same layer 4 port and conflict with each other, so be sure to have any others fully powered off.

If you do need to for whatever reason follow the instructions here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-set-up-port-forwarding/ba-p/2662260
