Mysky showing 'Waiting for activation' but has been up and working for over a week

Fibre broadband activated Monday 24th Feb, all working fine. Most devices connected OK to WiFi but trying to connect Epson printer I get 'MAC address filtering check failed'. Go to MYSKY to make changes to the router to resolve but  options are greyed out showing 'waiting for broadband activation'. It's been activated for over a week.
