MySky states new broadband router has been delivered. It has not

Hi..

 

On the MySky app, it states that the new router has been delivered. It has not. I can't get through the virtual chat and an engineer is due in two days. I need to know who to speak to

Could it have been left with a neighbour or hidden behind something like a bin as this will have been sent to you via Royal Mail.

My sons hub was delivered a day earlier than the tracking suggested it would be and hidden behind a wheelie bin but the postman still put a note through the letterbox saying where it was. Did you have such a note?

No, nothing. I didn't receive an email (or card) from Royal Mail stating this or any other details . All I can see id 'Delivered' in the MySky orders. You can't actually get through the virtual assistant the issue, loops with the same questions
