Also how are you measuring the speed to the ps5 ? Are you using the speed from a download site ie steam etc? Are you using wifi or ethernet?

I am playing online game on my ps5 and it moves very slow when I was playing it at my mum's house the Wi-Fi had no issue and was working perfectly fine when I've now moved into my new place with a new Wi-Fi. It's not working properly.
