My wifi is slow on every devices

I have - only connected devices are my work laptop, tv, phone, robot vacuum machine and pc but this is not a lot right? 😕

* sorry I meant they struggled - and it was a new flat I've moved in and they had to connect the internet cable from outside to inside flat entrace door cable hub etc. I don't really know how he did it but he set up Master socket 5C on my flat wall as well

If you requestef 80Mbps then the fact that there were issues setting up the broadband may indicate why you're only getting 40Mbps.  Also if you jeep resetting the hub that may fool the system into thinking theres a fault.  Either way call sky on 150 from your sky landline or
