My wifi is not connecting to any devices and when it does it is so slow or unresponsive

It's the white one it's been same for abit now
the extension i use for it works better and that's outside in our shed it's baffling

I've upgraded to the sky max hub and it's been shocking since i got it it's a lot to pay for when my mobiles always using my data instead of my wifi

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@leannf If the Sk broadband max router is not working for you and you pay the extra for this you can ask Sky to downgrade the router to the black one to see if that will help with the Wi-Fi in the property.
