My wifi is gone and I won’t let me reboot.

Hi,

 

My wifi is gone and it won’t let me reboot but on the app is says I have good connection. I was in the middle of working from home and it's frustrating to just lose connection unexpectedly. I would really appreciate if this matter is resolved promptly.

You can reboot your broadband hub at the mains by switching it off then after a few minutes, back on again.
