Hi Everyone.
Im very confused - I have an account with sky for my broadband, tv etc. I have a home move booked next Wednesday. My wifi has gone off today and I can't use it? Is this right? Surely I can't be without wifi and TV for a week before my move? Im paying for my account so it makes so sense.
anyone else had experience with this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @feb.23 the switch off should not have happened but Openreach sometimes get trigger happy the problem is getting the service restored without cancelling the move is normally impossible. Give Sky a call to see what they can do.
