@Emily111 assume this on one device are other devices connecting oroperly? If they are on the device which is not connecting try telling it to forget the Sky connection, then rebooting the device fully - you may have to check on line how to do that with the manufaturer's website - then try to connect again
If all of your devices are not connecting is it possible somebody has changed the WiFi pasword without you knowing?
