@Kimz19851 from the ,imited information given nobody can answer that. You would have to give some more detail. However try some tests first does the TV see the SSID of the hub? If not bring a phone which is networked close to the TV to see if the signal drops away if it does you are going to have to either grt a booster or movectge hub closer or at least move it out into the open if it is under or behind other kit.

 

If the TV can see the SSID by butvwont link power down the TV until the power led goes out thdn reboot it and try the link again.
