My upstairs tv cannot get an internet connection

My tv upstairs connects to the Wi-Fi hub but says itnhas no internet. Other tv and devices connect okay

@Bev+Fal  Give Sky a call and ask for them to send out a booster. They will go through troubleshooting  and should be sent out a booster.

@Bev+Fal  What is the name of the broadband package you took out with Sky does it have broadband boost or broadband max in it?
