My WiFi constantly on off service my daughters phones never get WiFi tv freezes no service broadband is so slow and there is always a problem with it connecting

@Sarah77970 inmany homes the free hub Sky provides will struggle to provide decent wifi in every room. Sky do offercadd-on packages like their WiFi Max bundle which provide extra kit or like many people you can buy third party kit. The layout of your home , it's type of construction and level of interference are all factors.  However simply making sure the hub is in the best position can help that is out in the open as centrally as possible on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
