My tablet says it is connected but no internet access

My sons Amazon Firefox tablet states it is connected but there is no internet access. I have connect my mobile and work laptop, so don't understand why his tablet won't connect?

Habevyounteies turning the tablet off then back on again and if that dis want work try rebooting the broadband hub at the mains ?
