Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sarah203 unplug the Glass TV from the power for a few seconds then allow it to reboot if it doesnt pick up,the network settings then folow the on screen instructions. If still stuck give Sky a call.
If you haven't already done so go into the Start Up and Standby settings and change the "Networked Standby mode" to On snd the "Overnight power saving mode" to Off.
