My sky hub has no power

Hello,

i hope everyone is having a great weekend!

My sky hub has no power all of a sudden. I tried checking the mains and the power cord and all working fine.

what should I do?

@AhmedFarrag if your Sky hub has no lights and you have checked the power supply then it needs replacing which requires you to talk to Sky to arrange. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Can someone help I have no power to my sky hub

@Gasman4  If your router has failed and is not powering on you need to call Sky and ask them to send a replacement out.

Thank you I will ring tomorrow as they are closed I've only had the hub a month

Hi

I have the exact same issue with no power to my sky box have tried rebooting etc and nothing. Can it be replaced?

@NickiCapstick assuming it isnt an issue with the mains socket then call Sky and they will send you a new hub and ask you to return the old one.
