My sky glass and play station keeps glitching ever since we upgraded our Internet.

Everything connected is glitching so the tv and play station keeps randomly stopping or freezing then continues. We recently upgraded our broadband due to this issue and it's become worse.

@Holcop if other devices are working normally then the issue is likely to be poor WiFi signal to the TV and PS4. Streaming video and playing games not only needs sufficent bsndwidth say 25Mb/s for UHD streams but also a steady signal free from interference. 

You can check the bandwidth the TV is receiving by running the network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. However it sounds like you need to improve the WiFi signal in thst area of your home. First makecsure your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obvious obstructions like radiators. After that you may need an extender which Sky will supply if you buy their add-on WiFi Max bundle and ask for one.
