My sky broadband was installed today and its not working

Hello i have recived messages from open reach that my internet was working however it is not working i have connected everything together and still not working waited for 9 hours now contacted customer support and they said you will have to wait until 12:00 am well its 1:30 am nothing is working

@Mohsen2  If today is your activation date it is not by 12 midday it is 12 midnight that the data should start flowing.
