@Chandirka you. Are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum as they cannot link a post to your account. Sky should have got a report from Openreach about your order overnight so give them a call to find out what that report says. Sometimes it is a simple issue that requires further work on others it is more complex. Sky like any other isp using the Openreach network have limited ability to expedite issues unfortunately.
