Hi,
im trying to adjust my settings on sky shield but when going through safari it comes up with waiting for broadband to be activated?
I've been activated on the sky broadband for three days. Is there something I need to do online to activate it?
the second picture is an error message when I try and go through MySky app on my phone to adjust the sky shield!
any help will be grateful accepted 😊

Hello
I have got exactly the same problem, since fibre upgrage which is all working fine, shield is waiting for activation.
I hve also noticed that my order progress for the fibre is not been upated even though its active and all fine.
Ive spoken to somebody at sky who took ages to say that there not sure and leave it whicle they lookinto it but how long that works i dont know.
Can somebody pls help.
