My sky broadband is not working at all

I have had sky broadband fitted yesterday. Still cannot get the tv or WiFi to work even though it says there is no problem . Only 2 lights are showing green on box. I think the box is faulty I need a engineer to look asap please as I am paying for service I cannot and haven't used yet

@Teresa52  An engineer won't be sent on the back of a community post from an unlinked account, no one here or at Sky would even know who you are.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
