Morning, we've the same. Been since yesterday am. Sky help on twitter been pretty useless. I've been looking to see if there's an update anywhere but no luck. We're in Medway, Kent.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GersdoyleDid you complete and run the broadband test to see if you are able to get more information or enable you to book an engineer for this fault.

Hi, our broadband is up and running again now. Hopefully it won't be too long before yours is sorted.

Hi and thanks, yes run all test all good. Just shows issue coming into the router but the worse part is trying to talk to someone at sky it should never be this difficult
