My sky app says no subscription

Hi, 

 

My sky app says I have no active sky products, however I have a current broadband subscription. Can't seem to address this issue

How long have you been a Sky Broadband customer ?

Were you previously a customer with Sky ?

Have you linked your account as per this:

@caesarome  Hi thanks for replying. Been a broadband customer over a year, previously had sky tv many years ago. There is no current account number linked to my sky ID. However, following the link you provided it initially gives you the " broadband " option but as you click further into the link it's only the following options sky q, sky tv or sky mobile ? Little lost thanks
