My rubbish internet connection

Hi, 

just got home from being away 

and I've got no internet connection to multi items 

even my sky tv 

I'm unable to connect to my home page or anything on my planner 

my son has been having an nightmare while we r away 

but at the same time I'm fed up with continuing having to reboot my internet as on a daily experience 

so many times a day we loose internet

i pay over the odds with my whole sky package and I'm getting fed up the amount of time I'm having problems with my " new sky " internet you promised me would suit my house and my business 

I wished I never committed to a new contract with u 

as it's been rubbish and I'm sooo annoyed every time my son wants to be on his Xbox it looses connection time after time 

please sort my sky out

Is this a Sky Business Broadband subscription?
