My router won’t reconnect after issues in the area

My area was not getting any service due to an exchange box fire, since then I have not been able to re connect my internet even though I've had a text to say everything is fixed. I have one solid red light and that is it, I've run the tests and it says there is a problem. I have followed all guides to re setting and power off then wait but nothing happens. What do I do now?

@Pixiebob7 sounds like you hub has been damaged by a voltage spike which can happen. You need to get Sky to replace the unit. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
