My router has no internet light. Ordered a new router and same problem. Have tried EVERzyTHING.

The new router still has the Internet light off. I need to book an engineer but keep going round in circles. My son is in the middle of his GCSE's and need to access digital.contentvas he is dyslexic. This is an urgent matter.

@JH16 far more likely that there is a line issue rather than a faulty hub but either way you will have to report this to Sky. To make thst easy for you I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Thankyou. I've now had a message from Openreach who have been informed by sky and am waiting on an engineer as possiblecexternal problem. Thankyouvso much for responding so quickly.
