My printer will only connect to a 2.4ghz connection

My HP printer is older and won't connect to WiFi because it appears I can't allocate a 2.4ghz connection to it. I thought that by creating a guest network, I could limit the connection type on that network to 2.4ghz. However, it would appear that I can't create a guest network on my skymax router. Is this correct? Everything else on my network works fine so I don't want to make any changes that might compromise the existing setup. Any suggestions please?

No model of domestic Sky Hub has ever had a 'guest' option.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
