My main power cable to the sky router is damaged. I have bought 12v leads from shop but don't work. My Amazon lead worked in it for a week but now stopped. Is there anyway I can get a new one today at all. Or a do sky have shops I can go to. Not much in the chat community about where I can get a new one from.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@portia+cole there are a number of different types of hub and the leads vary so you are unlikely to be able to buy the right one. Sky dont have shops with stock they send out everythingfrom a central warehouse.
Sky do not stock spares so in cases like this Sky will send you a replacement hub with a new power lead and ask you to return the old one. You can probsbly just swap the lead over if you want as that szves a lot of messing about connecting devices to a new hub.
To make that simple for you I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who will invite you onto a chat session through the gorum where a chat button will apoear.
