My phone does not connect to the Wi-Fi

My phone does not connect to the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it does but it's super super slow. My wife has the same issue. Our laptops connect with no issue and are not slow.

i have an iphone 15 and she has an iPhone 11

@Skyuser110 Log into your mysky account and check the settings of the broadband shield.

Set as you require, i have mine off, but you can always change back later. Post back what fixes.
