@SkYA98UA assuming nobody has chsngedvthecwifi settings the password on the hub's label will work. However read it carefully as its quite easy tonread the figure 0 as the letter O. If you suspectcsommeone has been fiddling you can reset tge hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes then release it and once tge hub restarts the password will work.

 

Some devices can refuse to accept a new password ehere thst happens tell the device to forget the connection and then reboot it and try again from scratch.
