My partners mobile phone doesn’t seem to get Wi-Fi from sky

Hi, my partners mobile phone doesn't seem to always have Wi-Fi connection in our house when everything else does. He doesn't have any issues with other Wi-Fi out of our house.

@Stephanie803 iPhones haveca setting called WiFinassist that switches to mobile data if it is faster tgan WiFi so if he has one of ghose turn that off its near the bottom of tge mobile data page so you need to scroll down quite a way. If he has a different phone it may have a similar setting.
