My partner got a phone call from someone a couple of weeks ago about the internet and got confused to accidentally cancelled it. However it's in my name: now we've been cut off and I need the internet for my baby monitor ect is there any chance we can get it turned back on?

Find out more@Bekkie+may Sky cannot directly link a post to an account but I have escalated your post to a Skybteam who support the forum who will invite you to an online chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear. They will take you through some security questions to establish you are the account holder and hopefully can sort the issue.

At some point they must have passed the security questions and suggested they were the account holder… but now you'll have to follow the advice from @Chrisee
