My orders engineer notification its still showing my sky app

I've got an engineer appointment notification on sky app and its now completed but it's still showing notification on sky app can you get rid of engineer notification as its now complete my orders

@Jonathanphillip  Sky stream carries no engineer visits, what was the appointment for?

@GD1 it was because of a broadband issue and i rang the technical fault line and they sent an sky broadband engineer to check my broadband as they thought the current speeds were a bit on the slow side so he made a few changes as sky stream was playing up and he said there was nothing wrong with the current speeds and everything Is fine that's why it's still showing on my sky app engineer notification that's all
