My Sky contract is ending on 15/02/24, I wanted to move to another provider but Sky has rejected my order, so I can't keep my landline. Not too bad, I can place another order with a different landline but I want to know why. Thanks

You would need to call sky to find out why the order was blocked or your new provider would be able to tell you why their order failed
