My new hub has the wrong password supplied

Hi, I recently had an new hub and the password on the label is definitely wrong, I've held the reset button down for 20 seconds to reset the router but I still can not log in. Google says wrong passwords on hubs are a known issue. Please advise the quickest way to resolve this thanks.
